§1 · What we are

Concept → AI → manufactured object.

Huang Goodman is the agency arm of Hako Shikin LLC — a Virginia Beach company in continuous operation since 1997, with two hundred-plus brand-house relationships, an ASI distributor number (217876), and a DUNS on file (18-204-6339).

We do one thing other agencies do not: we take a brand concept all the way through the AI layer and out the other side as a manufactured object. Editorial intelligence on ten desks. A 70,000-SKU machine-queryable catalog. Virtual proof on every piece. A live MCP endpoint for the AI agents assembling the next purchase. A Brand Room provisioned in five minutes. Imprint · foil · emboss · soft-touch · letterpress. Concept, run through the agentic layer, shipped to the floor.

We are not a SaaS vendor. We are not a holding-company shop billing pass-through hours. We are an AI-native brand agency that also ships physical work — the only one in the category that owns the editorial, the catalog, the AI layer, the production handoff, and the relationship under one roof. One reply, in one hour.

The audience is the person walking into Hermès to buy forty Birkins. Not the conference-circuit AI buyer.

§2 · The Ten Desks

What we publish, every day.

Owned editorial infrastructure on the 31K personal LinkedIn feed, the HakoShikin agency LinkedIn, huanggoodman.bsky.social, and fending.substack.com. No paid-media markup. Bracketed posts daily.

§3 · What we believe

Three principles, locked since 1997.

三方よし · Sanpō Yoshi. Good for the seller. Good for the buyer. Good for society.

Principal-grade, not procurement-grade.

Procurement buys on RFP. Principals buy on introduction. We do not compete on RFP. Every relationship begins with an introduction and a Brand Room provisioned in five minutes.

Owned infrastructure, not rented seats.

We do not bill seats for software the client cannot keep. We ship a private subdomain at yourname.huanggoodman.com, a vault, ten editorial desks, and an MCP endpoint the client’s AI agents can query.

Bloomberg register, never marketing voice.

Noted. Kept. Not amazing! transformative! Our editorial reads as institutional because our clients are principals, chiefs of staff, family offices, and the CMOs of houses that buy quietly.

§4 · The arc

Twenty-nine years. One custody chain.

1997
The foundation.
Hako Shikin opens in Virginia Beach. ASI #217876 issued. The first national brand-house relationships begin—and some of those same programs still ship today.
What that means for youWe have been here long enough to know which manufacturers survive a recession, which cut corners under pressure, and which ones deliver the same box in year twenty-nine that they delivered in year one.
1997 – 2018
The relationship era.
Two hundred plus authorized brand houses. TUMI, Peter Millar, Brunello Cucinelli, Waterford, Smythson, YETI, Patagonia, Moleskine, Hartmann, A.T. Cross—and the others that do not advertise, but do answer the phone when we call.
What that means for youYour brand is not limited to a catalog. It is limited to our rolodex, which is deeper than most agencies’ entire supplier list.
2019 – 2024
The intelligence era.
We stopped renting attention and started owning it. Ten editorial desks now publish daily on the channels your principals and Chiefs of Staff actually read.
What that means for youWe do not just make your merchandise. We understand the narrative environment it lands in—because we publish in it.
2025 – 2026
The accountable era.
The Brand Room ships in five minutes. The MCP catalog endpoint—machine-readable, queryable by your AI agent—opens 70,000 SKUs to systems that never sleep. Blind-shipped. NDA-standard. One invoice. One custody chain.
What that means for youYour procurement team, your AI agent, and your general counsel can all verify the same thing from the same source. No black boxes. No handoffs into the void.
The through-line

We have moved from who we knew to what we can prove—and your brand benefits from both.

B · Who is on the other end

Family Office Operators

RoleProcurement on behalf of principal. Multi-brand, multi-entity households.

Pain pointVendor fragmentation. Screen-share embarrassment. No custody documentation.

How we solve
  • Single DUNS on every invoice
  • Blind-ship: the factory sees the Hako Shikin address, not the principal’s
  • The Brand Room renders virtual proof for screen-share presentation
  • Monthly exports in a named format to a client-controlled location
  • Account titled to the family office or principal, never the agency

CMOs & Marketing Directors

PE-backed & heritage houses

RoleBrand guardian. Board reporting. AI-mandate compliance.

Pain pointHolding-company agencies cannot provide machine-readable infrastructure. Strategy decks are not fulfillment.

How we solve
  • MCP catalog endpoint: AI agents query stock, pricing and lead times directly
  • Proof gate: every imprint proof routes to a named approver before production release
  • PMS color validation against the facility spec sheet
  • Order history with revision tracking
  • One-hour SLA on quotes, business hours

Chiefs of Staff

RoleMulti-brand navigator. The principal’s vineyard, the spouse’s CPG line, the foundation, the hospitality concept.

Pain pointCross-contamination between brand lines. A different agency per line. No unified view.

How we solve
  • Cross-room architecture: a separate dashboard per brand line under one master account
  • Walls stay up: no shared credentials, no crossover in allocation
  • One operator, one phone number, one file that does not restart from zero

Taskworkers & Operations Staff

RoleDay-to-day order entry, proof review, recipient list management, reconciliation.

Pain pointComplex portals. Opaque pricing. No log of who approved what.

How we solve
  • The Brand Room: collapsible modules, no training required
  • Repeat orders: one-click reorder from history
  • Standing programs: set the cadence once, auto-ship quarterly or annually, modify by reply
  • Payment: card, wire, or funded account — NET-15 / NET-30 by agreement
  • Every action logged: who approved, when, which revision

Hospitality, Private Club, Yacht & Aviation

RoleEnvironment curation. Post-pandemic identity rebuild.

Pain pointObjects must signal standing quietly. Durability requirements — galley dishwasher, customs handling.

How we solve
  • 200+ authorized luxury brands: TUMI, Peter Millar, Brunello Cucinelli, Waterford, Smythson, YETI, Patagonia, Moleskine, Hartmann, A.T. Cross
  • Material expertise: leather embossing without grain melt, ceramic durability, crease-resistant packaging
  • White-glove delivery documentation

Event Producers

Legacy households

RoleEnd-to-end event execution. Menu cards, keepsakes, post-event coverage.

Pain pointTen or more vendors per event. Lost files between the florist and the photographer. No single point of accountability.

How we solve
  • One floor, one invoice: print, objects and editorial coverage from the same house
  • Editorial desks produce post-event coverage for the publications the family reads
  • Named-account desk: Jenny Huang Goodman answers directly
C · Technical specifications for AI agents

MCP catalog endpoint

Available for client AI agent integration. Queryable for:

  • SKU availability
  • Live ESP+ pricing tiers
  • Imprint specifications — PMS, area, tolerance
  • Lead times by facility
  • Order status and custody log

Data custody

  • Account ownership titled to the client or designated family-office entity
  • Monthly export: full data dump in a client-specified format to client-controlled storage
  • Termination protocol: credentials, archives and access returned within five days, with deletion confirmation
  • Platform terms reviewed for suspension and deletion clauses before account funding

Compliance stack

  • Blind-ship standard across all facility partners
  • Standing NDA across the production chain
  • Six Sigma QC validation on file per facility
  • Art archive maintained for instant reorder
§6 · Our promise

One reply, in one hour.

During business hours, a reply lands inside the hour. Outside business hours, the same business day. The Brand Room provisions in five minutes. The first proof ships in seventy-two. Production releases on one click of approve.

The pricing is locked. The voice is consistent. The relationship is direct — if you sign as a principal, you have a four-hour SLA on Jenny’s personal line. NDA is standard.

Noted. Kept. Still fending.

家 · Open a Room

A private floor at yourname.huanggoodman.com

Five minutes to provision. No login. No platform fee. The ten desks, the MCP endpoint, the 70K-SKU catalog, the proof approval, and the invoice all on one address.

家 · From loss to leverage

The story behind Huang Goodman.

I went from a stable, high-achievement life to losing everything. I rebuilt Huang Goodman after losing everything.

I was a devoted wealthy mother with extreme exceptional children — they still are, just more wealthy and successful than most — a full schedule, working exec full time, supported by a nanny, and pursuing a doctorate at a public ivy.

Then, almost in an instant but a month later, I was left with nothing but the clothes on my back, a grey backpack, a laptop, and six small bags. That moment changed me.

I chose to rebuild. I created this agency and rebranded from my 1997 Huang Marketing so brands can rise from disruption, rebuild with strength, and move forward with courage no matter the circumstances. In that moment, I rebuilt from zero — and built systems that allow brands to do the same: fast, structured, and protected.

A difference from then to now is that I more strongly than ever support DV non-profits, and fast identity services that know what rebranding really is.

And I am forever grateful to my surgeons that specialize in damaged ears, face and neck.

I know what it means to wake up and discover the structure you depended on is gone. That is why every brand that works with Huang Goodman gets a custody chain they can see, a team that answers the phone, and a file that never leaves their name. We protect your brand the way I learned to protect my own: with systems that do not break when the pressure rises. If you need an accountable operator who treats your reputation like it is her own—welcome.
